Sea apartments Terschelling, location Hoorn, is an old farmhouse that was largely rebuilt in 2006, some outer walls and the old former ship masts, the so-called Stilen, have remained. The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Hoorn, near the Koegelwieck nature reserve. There is approximately 1400 m2 of private land at the farm. The distance from the farm to the North Sea beach is about 1500 meters. the distance to the wadden dike/sea is about 800 meters. The farm is divided into 3 apartments and the front house. The interior of the apartments will be completely redecorated in 2021. The largest apartment is called Zeeduin, an 8-person apartment and has 4 bedrooms with box spring beds, 3 of which can have beds next to each other. Also upstairs two bathrooms, 1 with toilet and shower and 1 with toilet and bath. Downstairs in the hall a separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment also has an attractive wood-burning stove. All apartments have underfloor heating. Through the patio doors you reach the terrace, you can use different seating areas spread over the garden. The second apartment is called Zeevonk, this is a cozy two-person apartment. Living room with open kitchen and dishwasher. The bedroom has 2 box spring beds and at night you can dream away at the drowning house. Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Zeevonk has a lovely private terrace. Then there is the double studio, called Zeeroos. A new pantry kitchen was installed here in April 2021. it has a refrigerator and microwave and a Quooker. A cozy studio with bathroom, shower and toilet. Here you can dream away at night under the island cloud. The administrators, Franek and Marieke, live in the front house.
