From the living room there is an unobstructed view to the west. A separate kitchen with granite countertops. The entire accommodation is on one level. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, washing machine and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, coffee maker and refrigerator. (no hood) There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. 1. A bed of 120 x 200 meters and a single bed. 2. 1 x 1 person bed of 80 x 200 meters plus a folding bed. 3. 1 x 2 person bed of 180 x 200 meters. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are required to rent. Pet is allowed. A second pet is possible in consultation. The property is non-smoking. Children's furniture is not for rent or present. There is a paved terrace on the west side with garden furniture. It can accommodate 5 people, but the house is better suited for 2/3 adults and 1/2 children.
