A cozy double apartment located on the first floor. The apartment is located in Oosterend against the dune area near the Boschplaat. The North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away and the Wadden Sea is 300 meters away. The living room has a lovely double sofa, armchair and a flat screen television. Near the kitchen there is a dining area with upholstered chairs. The kitchen (new in 2022) has a two-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer and a Nespresso. The separate bedroom has box-spring beds, which are already made up when you arrive and there are also towels and kitchen linen ready. From the bedroom you have a view over the dune area. There is a separate shower, of course, with a thermostatic tap and a separate toilet. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. Digital information is available in the apartment and of course there is free WiFi. There is laminate flooring in the living room and carpeting in the hall and bedroom. You can use the many terraces on the site, which are located in both the sun and the shade. The apartment is located on the grounds of Residence Close to the Sea. There is a launderette where you can use the washing machine and/or dryer. You can order freshly baked rolls every day. Would you rather not carry too much? There are extra towels and beach sheets available for hire.
